Lack of vitamin D from food, vegan diets

Although most of the production of Vitamin D comes from sun exposure, our food is a very useful source as well. A good diet is still a good complement.

Over age 65

The human body will start to have some aging consequences and functional problems so it's crucial to get our vitamin D checked since this is one of the most important elements of our bones, teeth and even our immune system.

What does it measure:

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is one of the most essential elements for your life quality and long-term health. Affects your energy, overall state of inflammation in your body, mood and bones health. It's also important for a strong immune system and insulin production.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is mostly produced by sun exposure and also can come from food intake. Getting vitamin D from food alone will not get all the requirements needed.

Vitamin D has an important role in the course of your life but it is in the early stages and pregnant womens that vitamin D plays a fundamental role.
