For athletes, this test can help calculate the time that you need to fully recover. After a workout or intense exercise session, the CRP will increase and should return to the normal levels within 20 hours.

What does it measure:

CRP is the C-reactive Protein, a protein produced by the liver that increases when there are high levels of inflammation present in the body.
